MTG.Design is a tool for creating custom cards and sets. It allows users to create, discuss and share content with one another. It is only as good as the community wants it to be, and ultimately, it takes the goodwill of individuals like you to keep this a great place.
This Privacy Policy govern your use of the MTG.Design website and services (“MTG.Design”) provided to you by MTG.Design (also referred to in these Terms as “we”, “our”, and “us”).
We collect the content and other information you provide when you use MTG.Design. This includes information used to create your account. Specifically, this is a username, password, and an email address. A hash of your password is stored on the server. Account preferences, and all the content of information you post to MTG.Design (text, photos, videos, and links).
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data held in your account. You may submit a request by sending an email to support@mtg.design from the email address on your account with the subject “Personal Data Request”.
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data held in your account. Card information is saved until you delete your cards. All other information is saved until you submit request to have your account removed, by sending an email to support@mtg.design from the email address on your account.
You may choose to provide other information directly to us. For example, we may collect information when you fill out a form, participate in contests, sweepstakes or promotions, apply for a job, communicate with us via third-party sites and services, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.
We may log information when you access and use MTG.Design. This may include your IP address, user-agent string, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, device information (e.g., device IDs), pages visited, links clicked, user interactions (e.g., voting data), the requested URL, hardware settings, and search terms.
We may receive information from cookies, which are pieces of data your browser stores and sends back to us when making requests. We use this information to improve your experience, understand user activity, and improve the quality of MTG.Design.
At no time will we make available any information to third parties or advertisers without your authorized consent. Currently, there is no advertising on MTG.Design.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will provide advance notice on the website and when you log in. If you continue to use MTG.Design after Privacy Policy changes go into effect, you consent to the revised policy.
